When is my card charged?
Your card is only charged when a carrier is confirmed and dispatched for your shipment — not at quote time. There is no charge to request a quote or hold a booking.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge before a carrier is dispatched. Once a carrier is en route, cancellation fees may apply.
Do you transport inoperable vehicles?
Yes. We can arrange transport for inoperable vehicles. A winch-load surcharge applies for vehicles that cannot be driven onto a carrier under their own power. Indicate any inoperable status when requesting your quote so we can match the right equipment.
Can I keep personal items in my vehicle?
We strongly recommend removing all personal items before transport. FMCSA guidelines limit personal property to under 100 lbs stored in the trunk only. Items left inside the vehicle are not covered under carrier cargo insurance.
What does 'open' vs. 'enclosed' transport mean?
Open transport uses a standard multi-car hauler — the most common and cost-effective option. Enclosed transport places your vehicle in a fully sealed trailer, ideal for classic, high-value, or low-clearance vehicles.
How long does transport take?
Local and regional moves typically take 2–5 business days. Cross-country shipments generally take 7–10 days. All timelines depend on route, weather, and carrier availability. Standard dispatch for consumer quotes is 2–5 business days from pickup.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. Every carrier in our network is required to carry active cargo insurance. We verify coverage before every dispatch. Your vehicle is covered from the moment it's loaded to delivery.
